摘　　要：本文分析了在残疾人事业领域中建设信息系统的必要性。并根据残联组织业务的需求提出了残疾人基本信息资源管理系统的目标、方案、网络总体结构以及实施策略。This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the information systems in the field of the disabled persons. According to the need of the China Disabled Persons＇ Federation＇s vocational work, the paper presents some thoughts on the aim, plan, topology of the network, and the implement tactics of the disabled persons＇ essential information resources management systems.
