高效液相色谱法测定五参安神合剂中大黄素含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定五参安神合剂中大黄素的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为ZorbaxXDB-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85∶15),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为430nm。结果大黄素进样量在0.02192～2.192μg(r=1.0000)范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为96.34%,RSD为0.65%(n=6)。结论HPLC法测定五参安神合剂的大黄素含量简便、准确。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of emdion contents in WushenAnshen Mixture. Methods The column was Zorbax XDB- C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）. Methanol- 0. 1% phosphoric acid （85：15） was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1, 0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was 430 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 021 92 - 2. 192 μg（ r = 1. 000 0）for emdion. The av- erage recovery rate was 96. 34%, RSD was 0. 65% （n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to determine emdion of WushenAnshen Mixture.
