摘　　要：随着经济全球化的发展和我国资本市场的开放,贷款风险防范成为理论界研究的一个热点问题。在综述了风险、贷款风险、贷款风险防范三方面,国内外理论界取得了一定研究成果,目前研究者的视线逐渐从理论向实践转化,将研究成果转化为实际应用的管理转化。对贷款风险防范的研究将围绕一些领域展开更深入的研究。With the development of economic globalization and the opening up of China＇s capital market, risk prevention of loan becomes a hot issue in the theoretical circle. This paper reviewed research results at home and abroad from three aspects of risk, risk of loans and risk prevention of loan, explored the current research direction from theory to practice, and further the trend on risk prevention of loan.
