摘  要:宝泉抽水蓄能电站工程的主要特点是:上水库库盆采用库岸沥青混凝土和库底粘土联合防渗形式;上水库库盆边坡较陡,防渗用原材料及施工队伍均来自国内;采用了独特的施工交通布置;对引水系统上斜井穿越两个古风化壳进行了分期处理;引水高压钢支管采用国产高强钢板等。招标技施阶段还进行了设计优化,主要有:加大尾水洞洞径、取消尾水调压室;下库区混凝土采用人工砂石骨料等。宝泉电站的经验可供类似工程参考。The Baoquan Project is mainly featured by the integral seepage prevention of the upper reservoir by bitumen concrete and clay respectively applied for its banks and bottom, the steep upper reservoir banks, use of domestic leakproof materials and construction only by domestic contractors, special traffic arrangement for construction of the upper reservoir, the phased treatment of the two regoliths which the upper inclined tunnel runs through, and the penstock fabricated with Chinese-made high-strength steel Optimization was conducted for the project design in both bidding and construction stages, such as increasing the tailrace tunnel diameter, canceling the downstream surge chamber, using crushed aggregates for concrete of the lower reservoir. The experience in Baoquan Project can be a reference for other similar projects.
