聚肌胞注射液对罗曼蛋鸡免疫机能的影响

摘　　要：选用罗曼蛋公鸡120羽,随机分为4组,聚肌胞用药低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,聚肌胞用药组分别按0.5、1.0和2.0mg·kg-1剂量一次性胸肌注射聚肌胞注射液,对照组注射生理盐水。所有处理组注射容量均为0.5mL。用药后分别在第2、6、10天检测血液生化指标,第2、10天检测免疫学指标。结果显示,用药后第2天,高剂量组血清内总蛋白含量显著高于对照组,高剂量组淋巴细胞数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);高剂量组和中剂量组血清内球蛋白含量、T细胞总数E-玫瑰花环形成率、法氏囊指数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,聚肌胞可以提高罗曼蛋鸡的免疫机能。One hundred and twenty 15-day-old White Roman cocks were randomly divided into 4 groups,which were saline group（normal saline,0.5 mL·kg-1,i.m）,low dose group（polyinosinic∶polycytidylic acid,poly I∶C,0.5 mg·kg-1,i.m）,medium dose group（poly I∶C,1.0 mg·kg-1,i.m）and high dose group（poly I∶C,2.0 mg·kg-1,i.m）.Some immune parameters were detected on the 2nd day and 10th day after treatment with poly I∶C.The blood-biochemistry indexes were detected on the 2nd day,6th day and 10th day after treatment.The results showed that both the concentration of total protein（TP）and the number of lymphocyte（LYM）in the high dose group were higher than that in the saline group significantly（P〈0.05）.The concentration of globulin（GLP）,rate of total erythrocyte-rosette-formation cells（EtRFC）and the index of bursa in medium group and high group were also markedly higher than that in the saline group（P〈0.05）.It was concluded that poly I∶C could enhance the immune function of White Roman cocks.
