摘　　要：有标底招投法在我国的实际运用中产生了大量的问题,对这些问题的解决是社会各界人士共同关注的话题。目前,国际上通行招标做法是无标底招投标法,而无标底招标在我国尚处于探索阶段,也存在一定的问题。本文分析了无标底招投标存在的一些问题,并给出了对策建议。Base price biding has brought about a large number of questions in our country. It is the Topic that personages of various circles of society all pay attention to the solution to these problems. At present, the current method of inviting bids in the world is there is no base price of a tender to invite bids that based on the project amount inventory valuating method, but there is no base price of a tender to invite bids is still during the course of exploring in our country and there are many problems. The paper analyses the problems and give some countermeasures.
