摘　　要：为实现对电力通信资源统一、有效的智能化管理,建设了西北电力通信资源管理系统。该系统与实时监控系统、通信MIS系统共同构成通信运行管理的基础平台。系统的硬件采用双机双网模式,软件采用分层结构,并以业务为切入点全面管理系统资源,提供资源信息的动态采集、端到端的保护功能及其他高级应用功能。实现了与现有DMIS系统的有效集成,为提高运行维护水平和管理工作效率发挥了重要作用。In order to realize the integrated and effective management on power communication network resource in Northwest China, a power communication resource management system is constructed. Together with real-time supervision and TMIS system, it forms an operation and maintenance management platform. The hardware structure of the resource management system adopts double servers and double networks while the software adopts layered structure. The system focuses on communication service, provides dynamic information collection and end-to-end protection functions. It has effectively improved operation and maintenance level as well as the management efficiency.
