摘  要:介绍了模糊故障树分析法和有效性的基本原理及其定性和定量分析方法。结合电力通信系统的特点,建立了电力通信系统的有效性模型,采用最小割集分析法进行了定性分析,以确定影响电力通信系统失效的主要因素。文章将故障事件发生的概率定义为一模糊数,采用融合了模糊集理论和故障树分析的模糊故障树分析方法,解决了传统故障树分析法不能处理的问题。The basic concept of availability theory, the principle of fuzzy failure tree method and the quantitative and qualitative ways to solve the availability problem are described, and the availability models of electric power communication system are abstract- ed in accordance with the characteristic of power communication system. The main factors causing the failure of power communication system can be determined by qualitative analysis in which the minimal cut set analysis (MCSA) is used. In the method presented in this paper, the probability of the occurrence of the failure events is defined as a fuzzy member. Based on the fuzzy sets theory and fault tree analysis, fuzzy fault tree analysis can handle the problems concerning, with both randomness and fuzziness.
