摘  要:在小型提升管实验装置上,以LBO-16催化剂和LTB-2多产丙烯助剂为混合催化剂(二者质量比为3/7),模拟焦化蜡油(CGO)两段提升管催化裂解多产丙烯的生产工艺。结果表明,在反应温度为510~530℃,两段总停留时间为2.66s,剂油比(催化N/原料油,质量比)为7~9的条件下,催化裂化原料掺炼质量分数为20%的CGO,经两段反应后,重油转化率为84.00%,丙烯收率为18.05%,产物中干气与焦炭质量分数为10.81%;生成的汽油烯烃含量低、芳烃含量高,可作为高辛烷值汽油调和组分。Two - stage riser catalytic pyrolysis for maximizing propylene yield was carried out in a small scale riser test unit. The results showed that taking Xinjiang heavy oil blended with coke gas oil of mass fraction of 20% as feedstock, using LBO - 16 and LTB- 2 as mixed catalyst,under the condition of reaction temperature 510 -530℃ ,total residence time of two - stage riser 2.66 s, mass ratio of catalyst to oil 7 - 9, the conversion of heavy oil was 84.00% , the yield of propylene was 18.05% , but the total yield of dry gas and coke was 10.81% ,the produced gasoline with low - olefin and high - aromatics content could be used as the component of high octane number gasoline.
