摘　　要：中文信息技术标准体系架构可分为三层,编码字符集标准与点阵字型标准是中文信息技术标准的基础标准,居于中文信息技术标准体系的核心层和中间层。介绍了中文信息技术标准体系架构,过去30年来中文基础标准情况以及中文编码字符集国际标准化情况。The architecture of Chinese information technology is constructed with 3 layers. The standardization of coded character sets and dot-matrix fonts, which are focused on by the authors of this paper, are regarded core and intermediate layers of the architecture. This paper briefly introduces the architecture of Chinese information technology, basic standardization for Chinese information technology of the past 30 years, and the international standardization for Chinese coded character set.
