摘　　要：文中讨论了共振式光学扫描头的特性，和利用共振扫描头实现线性扫描的原理。讨论了几种光学共振扫描线性化方案，同时比较了每一种线性化手段的特点，以及共振式光学扫描头在成像系统和印刷系统中的应用。Several experimental apparatuses are proposed and studied for linearizing resonant scanners in imaging systems and inspection systems. A comprehensive comparing among these linearizing schemes are given to show the system designers on choosing suitable methods to linear the resonant scanner in the application systems.
