摘　　要：文中系统地介绍了大功率半导体激光医疗机的技术特点和应用前景，着重分析了国外产品的特点，大功率半导体激光医疗机与其他目前常用的大功率激光医疗机的优劣，比较了波长为810nm与波长为980nm的半导体激光机的性能，最后阐述了大功率半导体激光医疗机的技术要点。This paper presents the prospect of technology and application of high power semiconductor medical laser. The characteristic of foreign products, the comparison with other current high power medical lasers and comparison between 810nm diode laser and 980nm one are emphasized. Finally, the main points of high power semiconductor medical laser technology are expounded.
