摘 要:传统的传输线参数测试方法是终端开路、短路测试。对于高压输电线路,终端直接短路时,短路电流较大,对电力设备有损害。本文提出了在线路正常运行时利用全球定位系统(GPS)提供的时间为基准,对传输线两端的电压、电流进行同步采样和测量。根据牛顿—拉夫逊法对传输线方程进行迭代计算可以得到传输线参数。通过Matlab仿真计算验证了该方法是有效的。The traditional testing method of transmission line parameters is terminal open circuit and terminal short circuit. For the high voltage transmission line, the short circuit current is very big and does harm to electric power equipments due to terminal short circuit. In this paper, the practical testing method of transmission line parameter is presented in normal running conditions of line circuits. The testing method samples synchronously the voltage and current of transmission line terminal and starting part which is based on the benchmark time provided by Global Positioning System. The transmission line parameters may be obtained by iterative computation of transmission line equations based on Newton-Paphson's method. The validity of the method is demonstrated by Matlab simulation.
