摘　　要：文章通过对闽南某开发区深入的实例调查研究,在明确了该地区失地农民的社会保障状况等方面存在的相关问题之后,运用社会保障等相关理论作为指导,明确地提出了必须为该群体建立科学、可行的社会保障体系的构想。With the development of social economy and urbanization, requisition for farmland continues to show an upward tendency. As a result, a considerable number of farmers have lost their lands, becoming so - called ＂three - no - farmers＂, that is, farmers without farmlands, jobs and allowances. As the most disadvantaged group in China nowadays, they become a source of volatility, posing great challenge to the stability and harmony of our society. Therefore, how to arrange the land -losing farmers is becoming an increasingly critical subject, which draws more and more attention from both academic scholars and policy makers. After carrying out a field investigation into a certain development zone in Minnan, the author tries to clarify some issues existing in the practice of farmland requisition and compensation; calls for a feasible as well as reasonable social security system for land - losing farmers to be established.
