摘　　要：农村集体建设用地直接入市有深刻的利益动因。在实践中已经形成了一些基本的农村集体建设用地直接入市的方式,也形成以试点地区为代表的典型模式。当然,农村集体建设用地直接入市还存在着很多问题。然而,针对这些问题可以发现一些进一步创新的方向。There are profound causes of interest in the practice of the direct entry to the land market for rural collective construction land. Such practice can not only prompt the optimization of rural land resource and boost a score of systemic innovations, but also promote social justice, harmony and sustainable development. Although several modes for the entry to the land market for rural construction land have been formed and a number of pilot regions have also been established, there are still many issues to be resolved. However further innovative fields can be explored concerning such issues.
