摘  要:利用新型疏水性聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维膜及组件,开展膜吸收浓海水提溴过程研究。首先通过对膜丝寿命的考察发现,浓海水浸泡28d后,膜的孔径和强度不会改变,透水压力不会降低。运用该膜系统研究了浓海水及吸收液的浓度、流速及温度等因素对过程传质系数、脱溴率的影响。结果表明:脱溴率η和传质系数k随吸收液浓度增加而增大;在低浓度吸收液时,η和k随流速增加而增加,在浓度达到0.01mol/L时,流速增加,η和k的变化不再明显;原料液浓度对η和k影响可以忽略。原料液的流速增加,η和k显著增大,但温度升高使η和k略有下降。Bromine extraction experiment was carried out through membrane absorption method with novel polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hydrophobic hollow fiber membrane, using sodium formate as absorbent. The effect of operating parameters ( concentration, velocity, temperature etc. ) on the bromine romoving rate ( η ) and mass - transfer coefficient (k) was studied. The results showed that, both of η and k increased as the augment of absorbent concentration. η and k enhanced as the velociey of the absorbent increased, when the concentration of sodium formate was 0. 003mol/L. When the concentration of absorbent was 0. 01mol/L , the two were kept constant at the same time, and the feed concentration only threw little light on η and k. Both η and k increased as the velocity of the feed brine enhanced, but decreased as the feed temperature increased. The membranes showed good stability after immersing in brine for 28 days.
