摘　　要：用不同盐度的标准溶液测定海水的硅酸盐含量,结果发现盐度对测定结果的准确度有影响,因此为保证测定结果的准确性,标准溶液和实际测量样品的盐度应保持一致。The silicate concentration of seawater was determined by different salinity standard solution, the result indicated that the salinity affected the accuracy of silicate concentration. Hence, for the purpose of accuracy, the salinity of standard solution should keep in accordance with the sample＇ s.
