表皮生长因子与三苯氧胺对兔子宫内膜细胞生长的影响

摘　　要：本实验以兔子宫内膜细胞株为样品进行培养实验，观察雌二醇（Ｅ２）、表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）对兔子宫内膜细胞的生长及ＤＮＡ合成的影响。结果表明：单独给予Ｅ２或ＥＧＦ兔子宫内膜细胞的增殖及ＤＮＡ合成没有明显变化，如同时加入上述两种药物则有明显的加强作用，然而这种作用又能被三苯氧胺（Ｔａｍｏｘｉｆｅｎ）所阻断。提示三苯氧胺能翻转Ｅ２、ＥＧＦ在刺激细胞的增殖过程中的协同作用。Objectives: to observe the effect of estradiol(E 2),epidermal growth factor (EGF) on cellular reproduction and DNA synthesis in rabbit endometrial cell line (M 60). Design: E 2 alone, EGF alone, E 2 plus EGF, E 2 plus EGF plus tamoxifen was added into cell culture of M 60.Using cell counting and incorporation of 3 H TdR,the effect of M 60 reproduction and DNA synthesis was analysed. Results: M 60 reproductive rate and DNA synthesis were not increased by E 2 or EGF alone, but were enhanced by the combination of E 2 plus EGF.This effect was inhibited by tamoxifen. Conclusion: The present study suggest that E 2 and EGF may stimulate cell reproduction through a common pathway.This pathway can be blocked by tam oxifen.
