摘  要:目的探讨二仙汤中活性成分的提取方法。方法以知母黄酮和皂苷含量之和为指标,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察不同因素和水平对二仙汤活性成分提取效果的影响。结果就二仙汤中的知母黄酮和皂苷类成分而言,最佳提取条件为12倍量50%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5小时。结论该方法合理、简单、可行,可为二仙汤活性成分的提取提供依据。Objective To explore the extractive methods of active chemical constituents from ER- XIAN-TANG. Methods The sum of Flavonoids and Saponins content of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was regarded as an index, and the influences of different factors and levels on the methods to extract the active chemical contents from ER-XIAN-TANG were investigated by using a simple factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Results The optimum extractive condition was that the extraction is carried out in one and half hour with 12 times solvent volume of 50% ethanol for three times. Conclusion The method is appropriate, simple and feasible, and it provided theoretic basis for the extraction of active chemical constituents from ER-XIAN-TANG.
