摘　　要：以转筒式冷冻浓缩装置应用与海水淡化为研究对象,探讨转筒设计对装置成本及其性能的影响。提出两种转筒结构以及3种可选材料,实现了建立转筒长度、直径及筒壁厚度的确定方法,为转筒式冷冻浓缩装置在海水淡化等领域的应用提供较好的参考。Based on the rotary cylinder freezing concentration equipment＇s application in seawater desalination, the relation between the cost and performance of the equipment with the rotary cylinder was discussed. Then two rotary cylinder structures and three kinds of rotary, cylinder materials were put forward. The determination method of the rotary cylinder＇s length,diameter and thickness were established, which provided a good reference for the applications of rotary cylinder freezing concentration equipment in seawater desalination and other fields.
