摘　　要：通过建立PERT网络工期—费用模型,调整施工连续性,并应用遗传算法进行求解,较好的解决了费用最低、工期最短的优化问题,通过实例分析,表明所提方法普遍适用于大中型工程网络计划优化。Through building of the period-cost PERT net model, it adjust the construction continuity and get the resolution through genetic algorithm, which solves the optimal issue of lowest cost and shortest construction period. Through the analysis, it shows this method suits large and middle engineering network optimization.
