摘　　要：通过对比Oracle和SQL server两个主流的数据库平台,选择了Oracle为开发平台,提出了关于区划地名管理信息系统数据结构的设计,并指出利用GIS技术建立数字化的行政区域界线信息管理系统,已成为当前区划地名和勘界管理工作所提出的新要求。Through the comparison of two main-stream data base platforms Oracle and SQL server, it chooses Oracle as the development platform, puts forward the data structure design of the division place name administration information system based upon GIS, and points out that applying GIS technology to set up digital administrative region boundary information administrative system has already become the new requirements of present division place name and border survey administration.
