摘　　要：以VB.NET为软件开发平台,建立基于VB.NET图像处理技术的清水混凝土外观质量缺陷分析及等级评定系统,实现了分析与评定的快捷、公正与统一,从而推动清水混凝土技术的发展与应用。A new method that could recognize and account the quantity of the defects and evaluate the quality of concrete apparent with digital image processing technology based on VB. NET software is studied. It is an impersonal, impartial and uniform remark system. So as to the development and application of fair-faced concrete thechnique.
