摘 要:三次采油聚合物驱抽油机井因聚合物浓度增加,杆柱下行阻力变大,杆柱产生弯曲,引起抽油杆偏磨油管,造成杆断、管漏,抽油机井检泵周期缩短。为了降低聚驱抽油机井杆柱下行阻力,减缓杆管偏磨,延长检泵周期,开发应用了低摩阻抽油泵。为了改善低摩阻抽油泵在聚驱抽油机井中的应用效果,采用理论分析与室内试验相结合的方法,对低摩阻抽油泵结构参数进行了优化设计,并编制了低摩阻抽油泵结构参数优化设计软件,合理确定了低摩阻抽油泵的主要结构参数。同时建立了选泵、检泵模板,对低摩阻抽油泵在聚驱抽油机井中的应用具有重要的指导意义。数百口井现场试验应用表明,低摩阻抽油泵达到了降低摩阻,减缓杆管偏磨,延长检泵周期的目的。Because of increased concentration of polymer in rod-pumped well with polymer flooding, the string is susceptible to curve from the increased downward resistance, resulting in tubing string bias-wearing by sucker rod, rod broken, tubing leaked and shortening of the pump maintenance period. In order to decrease the downward resistance of the string, alleviate the rod-tubing wear and extend pump maintenance period, a sucker rod pump with low friction is developed. For improving the application effect of the pump in the rod-pumped well, by means of theoretical analysis and indoor test, the structure parameters of the pump are optimized and the related software programmed. Thus the main structure parameters of the pump are determined reasonably. At the same time, the pump selection and maintenance templates are set up, which is of great guiding significance to the application of the pump in the rod-pumped well. The field application from hundreds of wells indicates that the pump can reach the goal of decreasing friction, alleviating rod-tubing wear and extending pump maintenance period.
