摘 要:为了解决工作在井下高温高压等恶劣环境下转子与定子之间的旋转动密封问题,设计了磁力耦合机构,通过磁场的相互作用来传递动力。内磁钢与轴组成转子,外磁钢与外磁钢套组成定子,转子和定子由隔离套隔离,实现密封,定子、转子通过磁力耦合来传递转矩。通过数值分析来确定耦合器的相关参数,用有限元法计算出不同极对数情况下的转矩特性,并将仿真结果与试验曲线对比,验证了设计的耦合器是合理的,技术指标符合要求,用磁力耦合机构替代动密封,可以简化传动系统。In order to solve the problem of rotating dynamic sealing between rotor and stator in the hostile environment such as high temperature and high pressure, the magnetic couple mechanism is designed to transfer power through the interaction of magnetic field. The inner magnet steel and axis form rotor, and outer magnet steel and outer magnet sleeve form stator. The rotor and stator are isolated by isolation sleeve to realize sealing. And the rotor and stator transfer torque through magnetic coupler. The related parameters of coupler are determined by numerical analysis, and the rotating torque behavior at different logarithms is calculated by means of finite-element method. The comparison between the simulated result and test curve verifies that the designed coupler is reasonable with technical parameters in accordance with demand. With magnetic coupling mechanism in place of dynamic sealing, the drive system can be simplified.
