摘  要:针对抽汲工艺存在井口密封不严,部分井液外流污染环境,皮碗抽子易磨损,抽汲效率低;通井机作动力不能长时间连续运行,试油周期较长,试油数据录取准确性差等问题,研制了探井试油连续举升地面装置。该装置主要由开关磁阻电动机、减速器、滚筒、液压抱闸、控制柜、制动电阻等组成,利用现有作业井架和生产井口,实现无平衡机电一体化连续试油举升,额定最大载荷120 kN,可替代通井机作动力。该装置既可用于试油生产,也可用于探井压裂、酸化措施后的快速排液。现场11口探井的应用表明,该装置设计合理,运行安全可靠,平均单井能节约16万元左右,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。At present, the most common method for formation testing is swabbing. Because there are some problems such as the wellhead unsealing, low efficiency of the wellbore lifting, failure in continuous running and inaccurate recording data of the testing reservoir, the skid-mounted ground mechanism is studied. The mechanism consists of switch reluctance electric motor, deceleration, drum, hydraulic clasp strobe, control pod and brake resistance. The mechanism can realize non-balancing electromechanical integrated continuous testing reservoir lifting by using the exiting operating derrick and wellhead. Its peak rated load is 120~200 kN. It can be used as the power substituting the tractor hoist. The mechanism can be used not only in formation testing operation, but also in quick flowing back after fracture-acidizing measure of exploration well. It is showed that the design of the mechanism is logical and its running is safe and reliable by the application in more than 10 exploration wells.
