摘　　要：在分析了鄂西北地区自然环境、区位特点、农业经济现状、资源及经济技术等条件的基础上,提出了鄂西北优势在"山林"而不在"耕地",在地方"特色资源"而不在"大众资源"的特色农业经济发展定位。Based on the analysis of natural environment, regional characteristics, economic status of agriculture, resources and economic technology conditions in northwest Hnbei, it was pointed out that the advantages of northwest Hubei were the ＂mountain forest＂ but not ＂farmland＂, the ＂characteristic resources＂ but not ＂public resources＂ of characteristic agricultural economy orientation.
