摘　　要：在分析农产品质量安全问题产生的经济学原因的基础上,阐述政府进行农产品质量安全规制的特殊性和成本收益,并提出解决问题的对策、建议。Based on analyzing the economic factors which caused the problems of agro-food quality and safety, the particularity, cost and prof- it of government practice on the regulation of agro-food quality and safety were expatiated. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
