土地更新调查数据库建设研究——以湖北咸丰为例

摘　　要：以湖北咸丰县土地更新调查数据库建设为例,介绍基于MapGIS的土地更新调查数据库系统的建设方法及流程,并获得建库工作成果图件。通过对比分析2007更新调查与2006变更调查数据,结果表明,耕地、园地、林地、居民点及独立工矿用地、水利设施用地面积增加,其增幅分别为26.54%、16.28%、10.32%、51.62%、276.26%;其他农用地、交通运输用地、未利用土地及其他土地面积有所减少,其减幅分别为32.70%、18.38%、79.90%、11.07%。Taking the establishment of land updating investigation database in Xianfeng County in Hubei Province as an example, the methods and process of establishment of land updating investigation database based on MapGIS were introduced. And the result map of database establishment was obtained. By comparing and analyzing the updating investigation in 2007 and the updating investigation data in 2006, result showed that the areas of cultivated land, garden plot, woodland, residential points and independent industrial and mining land, water conservancy facilities increased by 26.54% , 16.28% , 10.32% , 51.62% and 276.26% , respectively. Areas of agricultural land, transportation land, unused land and other land area decreased by 32.70% , 18.38% , 79.90% and 11.07% , respectively.
