摘 要:[目的]探讨La及La(POA)3对Cd损伤绿豆幼苗的生理生态效应。[方法]以绿豆幼苗为试材,研究了La及La(POA)3对镉胁迫绿豆幼苗光合作用、碳水化合物和氮素代谢的影响。[结果]单一Cd(10 mg/L)胁迫下,绿豆幼苗的叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白含量,NR活性下降,可溶性糖含量上升;5~30 mg/L的La及La(POA)3能明显促进绿豆幼苗生长,缓解Cd对绿豆幼苗的胁迫作用;高浓度(100 mg/L)La及La(POA)3对Cd污染的缓解作用都减弱;较低浓度(10、15、30 mg/L)的La(POA)3对Cd胁迫的缓解作用较La更明显;随着作用时间的延长,La及La(POA)3对Cd污染的缓解作用均逐渐下降。[结论]低浓度的La及La(POA)3能缓解Cd对绿豆幼苗的胁迫,而高浓度时有毒害作用。[Objective] The study was to explore the physiological and ecological effects of La and La(POA)3 on mung bean seedlings damaged by CA. [Method] With mung bean seedling as tested material, the effects of La and La(POA)3 on pbotosynthesis, carbohydrate and nitrogen metabolism of mung bean seedlings stressed by CA were studied. [Result] Under alone stress by Cd at10 mg/L, the content of chlorophyll and soluble, protein and NR activity of mung bean seedling were decreased,and the soluble sugar content was increased. La and La(POA)3 at 5 ~ 30 mg/L could obviously promote the growth of mung bean seedling and relieve the stress of Cd on mung bean seedling. The mitigative effects of La and La(POA)3 with high cohen. (100 mg/L) on Cd stress were all weakened. The mitigative effects of La(POA)3 with lower conch. (10,15 and 30 mg/L)on Cd stress was obvious than that of La. With the delay of action time,the mitigative effects of La and La(POA)3 on CA stress were all decreased gradually. [Conclusion] La and La(POA)3 with low concn, could relieve the stress of CA on mung bean seedlings, while they with high cohen, had toxic effects.
