摘  要:[目的]研究冬小麦不同叶层净光合速率(Pn)对无机营养的响应特点。[方法]在大田试验中,以小麦品种藁8901、石4185、河农341和河农859为材料,测定3种施肥条件(不施氮、N225 kg/hm2和N225 kg/hm2+P2O5150 kg/hm2)下小麦不同叶层的净光合速率(Pn)。[结果]3种施肥条件下,4个小麦品种顶部第1、2叶的Pn从拔节至开花后20 d大致呈单峰曲线变化,最高值出现在挑旗至开花期;顶部第3叶在拔节至挑旗和抽穗至开花出现2个高值,且Pn低于顶部第1、2叶。施氮和氮磷配合施用条件下各品种叶片Pn的最高值和平均值均高于不施氮处理。[结论]施肥尤其是施氮肥可提高冬小麦品种叶片的光合能力。[ Objective] The study was to research the response characteristics of Pn, of different leaf layers of winter wheat to inorganic nutrition. [ Method] In the field test, with wheat varieties Gao 8901, Shi 4185, Henong 341 and Henong 859 as tested materials, their Pn of different leaf layers under 3 fertilization conditions (no nitrogen, N 225 kg/hm^2 and N 225 kg/hm^2 + P205 150 kg/hm^2 ) were determinated. [ Result] Under 3 fertilization conditions, from jointing to 20 d after flowering, the change of Pn of the fast and the second leaf from top of 4 wheat varieties showed a single peak curve and the highest value appeared from flag leaf full expansion to flowering stage. The Pn of the third leaf from top appeared 2 high values from jointing to flag leaf and its P, was lower than that of the Fast and the second leaf from heading to flowering. Under the condition of nitrogen applicatian and nitrogen and phosphorus combined application, the highest value and average value of leaf P, of each variety were all higher than that of the treatment without nitrogen application. [Conclusion] Fertilization, especially application of nitrogen could increase the photosynthetic capacity of the leaf of winter wheat variety.
