摘　　要：受国务院三峡工程建设委员会办公室装备司的委托，作者对三峡工程左岸厂房14台机组国际采购价格进行预估。包括附机在内14台机组基本价为7.7546亿美元，与最终签订的不包括附机的合同总价7．4亿美元很接近。通过分析研究推算机组价格，作为议标决策的依据，在我国尚属第一次。Entrusted by the Equipment Department of the General Office of the Three Corges Project Construction Commission under the State Counil, the authors made the cost estimate for international procurement of the fourteen (14) turbo - generator units of the left bank powerbouse of theThree Gorges Project. The basic to total cost of the fourteen (14) turbo - generator units was estimated at US $775 .46 million, including their accessory equipments, which is very close to the total price of the contract finally signed of US $740.00 million, exclusive of their accessory equipments. It is the first time in China to take the estimaed cost of the turbe - generator units obtainedthrough analysis and study as the basis for making a decision in the bid negotiation
