对夜来香生物活性的研究

摘　　要：[目的]为研制和开发夜来香源绿色农药、夜来香多功能产品提供依据。[方法]采用超声波提取获得夜来香乙醇提取液,研究提取液对果蝇的熏蒸作用、驱避作用和触杀作用。[结果]果蝇在夜来香乙醇提取液和夜来香稀溶液中经过1 h的熏蒸,全部死去,说明夜来香乙醇提取液和夜来香稀溶液对果蝇有较好的驱避作用,30 min内驱避效果达100%。夜来香稀溶液和夜来香乙醇提取液对果蝇的触杀作用都很弱,触杀效果仅为10%。在受到夜来香乙醇提取液和夜来香稀溶液的熏蒸时,果蝇有局促不安的症状,并渐渐失去活力直至死亡,30 min内熏蒸效果达100%。[结论]夜来香对果蝇有较好的熏蒸作用和驱避作用,但触杀作用较弱。[Objective] The study was to provide the basis for the development and exploitation of the green pesticides of Cestrum nocturnum Linn source and the multi-functional products of C. nocturmum. [Method] The ethanol-extracts of C. nocturnum.was obtained with ultrasonic wave extraction, and the effects of fumigation, repellent and contact toxicity of the extracts on drosophila were studied. [Result] After the drosophilas were fumigated by ethanol-extracts and dilute solution of C. noctumum for 1 h, they were all dead, which indicated that the ethanol-extracts and dilute solution of C. nocturnum had better repellent effects on drosophila and the repellent effects reached 100% in 30 rain. The contact action of dilute solution and ethanol-extracts of C. nocturnum on drosophila were all weak and the contact action only was 10%. When drosophilas were fumigated by ethanol - extracts and dilute solution of C. noetumum, they had embarrassed, symptom and then gradually lost activity until died, and the fumigation effect reached 100% in 30 min. [conclusion] The C. nocturmum had better fumigation and repellent effects on drosophila, but its contact action on drosophila was weak.
