摘  要:[目的]研究垃圾肥对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响。[方法]在小白菜盆栽试验中,以不施垃圾肥为对照、施垃圾肥(1.5、3.0、4.5和6.0 g/1.5 kg土)为处理,研究不同处理对土壤微生物数量和酶活性的影响。[结果]施垃圾肥以后,土壤中细菌、放线菌和真菌的数量均高于对照,且随着垃圾肥用量的增加,细菌和放线菌数量先增加后减少,真菌数量一直增加,当垃圾肥用量为3.0 g/盆时,细菌和放线菌数量最多,分别比对照高6和2倍。施用垃圾肥可提高土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和蛋白酶等的活性,当垃圾肥用量为3.0g/盆时,脲酶、蛋白酶和蔗糖酶的活性较高。[结论]施用垃圾肥可增加土壤微生物数量、增强土壤酶活性。[ Objective] The study was to research the effects of rubbish compost application on the number of soil microorganism and the activities of enzymes. [ Method] In the pot test for pakchoi,with the treatment without rubbish compost application as CK, with rubbish compost application of 1.5,3.0, 4.5 and 6.0 g/1.5kg soil as treatments, the effects of rubbish compost application on the number of soil microorganism and the activities of enzymes were studied. [ Result] After rubbish compost application,the number of bacteria,actinomycetes and fungi were all higher than that of CK,and with the increment of rubbish compost rate, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes were firstly increased and then decreased, the number of fungi was increased all along. When the application amount was 3.0 g/pot, the number of bacteria and actinomycetes was the most, being 6 and 2 times than that of CK resp. Appiing rubbish compost could increase the activities of soil urease, catalase, invertase and protease etc., and when the application amount of rubbish compost was 3.0 g/pot, the activities of soil urease, catalase, invertase and protease were all higher. [Conclusion] Appling rubbish compost could increase the number of bacteria ,actinomycetes and fungi and enhance the activities of soil urease,catalase,invertase and protease.
