摘　　要：论述了我国博彩业发展现状,分析了建立博彩区域中心的所需条件。以我国现行彩票业的发展为切入点,采用因子分析法,对我国各省彩票经营现状进行了因子分析和排序,结合实际情况对我国备选省份进行了适宜度评价,得出以山东为试点建立彩票区域中心并以此为基础使其发展成为我国的博彩区域中心的结论。对在我国博彩区域中心开发其他博彩形式进行了探讨,对其发展前景和战略选择做出了预测并提出建议。Based on the status quo of China＇s gambling industry, this paper analyzed the conditions of establishing a stateowned regional gambling center. Focusing on the development of lottery industry in China, provincial lottery operation status was analyzed and sorted by adopting the factor analysis method. With feasibility evaluation on substitution provinces, we draw the conclusion that it is advisable to establish a regional lottery center in Shandong province with the predictable future of becoming a regional gambling centre. Other gambling forms were also discussed with their prospects and development strategies proposed.
