制度调整与清代东北豆货贸易格局的变迁

摘　　要：清政府先后对东北沿海豆货贸易的相关制度进行调整,包括税收政策的变化和豆货出口流向的政策性规定等等。而引发清政府对东北沿海贸易政策调整的因素:一是政府的主动调整政策;二是政府被动的调整相关政策。清政府通过主动调整和被动调整沿海贸易的政策,从制度上为东北商品流通贸易格局的变迁奠定了基础。终清一代,这一制度上的调整,直接影响着东北沿海以豆货为主的土货输出贸易。The Qing government adjusted the related systems about the bean goods trade in the Northeast coast, including the changes in tax policy and export policy provisions of the flow of bean goods, etc. The cause that the Qing government made the northeast coastal trade policy adjustment is： on the one hand, the government did it initiatively, and Meanwhile, the government had to do it passively. The Qing government adjusted the policy,and laid the foundation for the pattern on the other hand, changes of northeast commodities trade. In the whole Qing Danasty,the adjustment made a direct impact on the northeast coastal auto chthonous goods exporting, mainly the export of bean goods.
