摘　　要：酒精阳性乳症是危害乳牛业发展的主要病症之一．为了研究洒精阳性乳的发生机理．利用放射免疫法．测定酒精阳性乳牛血清中醛固酮含量．其结果阳性组较阴性组含量降低．并对其降低所引起的后果进行了探讨。Alchol positive milk symptom is one of the major illness that is harmful to milk cow. In order to study the occurring mechnism of alcohl postiove reaction milk. the change of alcohol positive reaction milk. the change of alcohol aldosterone content in milk cow serum was tested using radioimmunoassay (RIA ). The result indicated aldosterone content in positive group cow serum was lower than that of in negative group cow serum. and the results of aldosterone content lowering wasinquired into.
