摘　　要：本文探讨了新时期医院卫勤分队建设存在的问题:队伍不稳,高素质、复合型人才缺乏;工训矛盾突出,抽组困难;卫勤训练缺乏多样性;野战卫生装备落后,人装结合能力差;卫勤信息化水平低。针对问题提出如下措施:稳定人员队伍,培养高素质人才;统筹规划,合理编组;平战结合,科学施训;注重装备建设,加大野战卫生装备的使用和功能开发力度;从顶层设计着手,构建安全、快速、高效的卫勤指挥信息化网络系统。The article discussed the difficulties and main problems in the construction of mobile medical service team in military hospital. The main problems are as follows, shortage of high quality talents, contradiction between working and training as well as the low level of information and so on. At the same time, the author provided some countermeasures which included training high quality talents, making the group rationally, strengthening the research and development of equipment, highly efficient organization and command of medical service and so on.
