摘　　要：为了使医疗护理绩效评价更科学合理,本文建立了一套军队医院医护质量评价指标体系,对医疗护理评价指标选取、指标体系建立、指标评价应用情况进行了介绍,并就有关问题进行了分析讨论。To make the evaluation results of medical and nursing performance more reasonable, an index system was established to evaluate medical and nursing quality in military hospitals. In the paper the choice of indexes, the process of establishing the system and the application of the system were introduced respectively, and at last some relative problems were discussed.
