建立图书馆采编业务外包书商评价指标体系的设想

摘　　要：提出在图书馆采编业务外包过程中,建立外包书商评价指标体系的设想。评价指标包括公司信誉、资质和业绩,公司实力与服务,价格优惠,到书率及数据、加工的合格率等。利用这些指标对外包书商进行综合评价,以指导图书馆选择适合的外包服务商,推进我国采编业务外包健康发展。Some ideas on establishing the evaluation index system of book sellers in library outsourcing acquisition and cataloging were put forward. The evaluation indexes include the credit, qualification, strength, service, preferential price, book - sent rate and data, processing quality of book sellers. By using these indexes, we made an evaluation of book sellers in library outsoureing acquisition and cataloging in order to select the ap- propriate book sellers and to speed up the healthy development in outsourcing acquisition and cataloging of books in our country.
