摘 要:以13X,REUSY,SSY 分子筛为载体,硝酸盐溶液为交换液,采用液相离子交换方法制得相应的脱硫吸附剂。通过 N_2吸附脱附试验、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X 射线荧光光谱仪对脱硫吸附剂的性能进行了表征。结果表明,用电负性较高的金属改性13X 分子筛时,其内部结构容易遭到破坏,对应的比表面积和孔体积明显降低。REUSY 和 SSY 分子筛改性前后其内部结构变化不大。应用工业侧线试验评价了所制备的脱硫吸附剂的脱硫性能,结果显示,Cu/SSY 脱硫吸附剂的脱硫性能优于其它两种脱硫吸附剂。Three desulfurization adsorbents were prepared by cation-exchanging 13X,REUSY and SSY zeolite samples with cupric nitrate solution. These adsorbents were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray fluorescence spectrum techniques. The characterization results showed that the specific surface area and poor volume of Cu/13X zeolite sample decreased significantly, indicating partial, structure collapsed might happen during the Cu modification process; the internal structure of REUSY and SSY zeolite samples prior and post to Cu modification was basically unchanged. Test results of side-stream on site with C4 stream showed that the desulfurization performance of Cu/SSY adsorbent was the best among these three zeolite adsorbents.
