摘 要:通过丙烯酸高碳酯与马来酸酐、醋酸乙烯酯、苯乙烯共聚后进行不同系列胺解得到一系列新型高蜡原油降凝剂。考察了该类降凝剂对大庆高蜡原油和尼尔阿曼混合原油的降凝效果。结果表明,胺解聚合物型原油降凝剂具有较好的原油降凝性能,降凝幅度最高达到27.0℃;同时,测定了加剂温度对降凝剂降凝效果的影响。结果发现,当加剂温度高于原油析蜡温度时,降凝剂的降凝效果才能充分显现出来。A series of new pour point depressants(PPD)for crude oil having high wax content were synthesized by aminating the copolymer of acrylic alkyl ester reacted with maleic anhydride, vinyl acetate and phenylethylene. The pour point reduction behavior of the prepared PPD was investigated using two types of crude oil, Daqing crude and mixed Nile-Aman crude. Results showed that the aminated polymer PPD possessed good performance of reducing crude oil setting point, the maximum reduction range reached 27.0℃. The relationship between the temperature of PPD added into crude oil and the effect of pour point reduction was also studied. It was found that the PPD added temperature had a significant effect on the pour point depressing function; good pour point reduction result could be obtained with a PPD added temperature higher than the temperature of wax precipitated from crude only.
