摘 要:目的:比较三维时间飞跃-扰相梯度回波(3D TOF-SPGR)和三维稳态进动快速成像(3D FIESTA)对后组脑神经的显示。方法:对5名志愿者和8名主诉头晕、头痛患者采用3DTOF-SPGR和3D FIESTA 2种扫描序列进行扫描。结果:3D TOF-SPGR和3D FIESTA对舌咽神经、迷走神经和副神经构成的复合体及舌下神经的显示率分别为:(65%,100%)和(12%,81%)。两种序列显示结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在显示脑池段后组脑神经时3DFIESTA序列明显优于3DTOF-SPGR序列,两者结合则可以更好地鉴别后组脑神经与周围血管的关系。Objective:To compare 3D TOF-SPGR with 3D FIESTA in the display of lower cranial nerves.Methods:3D FIESTA and 3D TOF-SPGR were applied to 5 volunteers and 8 patients whose chief complaints were vertigo and tinnitus.Results:The rate of visualization of these lower cranial nerves with 3D TOF-SPGR and 3D FIESTA sequences,respectively,were as follows:nerve Ⅸ~Ⅺ complex(65% and 100%);nerve Ⅶ(12% and 81%).Statistical significant differences existed between 3D TOF-SPGR and 3D FIESTA sequences(P〈0.05).Conclusion:3D FIESTA sequences are superior to 3D TOF-SPGRsequences in the imaging of cisternal segment of cranial nerves.A combination of the two in application can have a better identification of the interrelation between lower cranial nerves and peripheral vessels.
