摘 要:目的评价氧化电位水对车针上污染的HBsAg抗原性破坏的效果并与2%戊二醛进行比较。方法将口腔用车针人工浸泡于HBsAg阳性的血清中,30min后取出沥干,分别用氧化电位水和2%戊二醛进行处理,以ELISA法检测HBsAg。结果氧化电位水与2%戊二醛对车针上污染的HBsAg灭活率均达100%。结论氧化电位水与2%戊二醛对HBsAg的消毒效果同样可靠且氧化电位水消毒时间相对较短。Objective To evaluate the disinfecting effect of eletrolyzed-oxidizing water (EOW) on the burs contaminated by HBsAg and compare with 2% glutaraldehyde. Methods The dental burs were put into the serum which HBsAg was positive and taken out after 30 rain,then they were made dry and immerged into 2 chemical disinfectant,EOW and 2% glutaraldehyde. HBsAg was detected with ELISA after these treatments. Results The rates of HBsAg on the burs destroyed by EOW and 2% glutaraldehyde were both 100%. Conclusion The disinfecting effect of EOW and 2% glutaraldehyde on HBsAg are both reliable and safe, but the disinfecting time of EOW is comparatively short.
