曙红B-盐酸氯米帕明体系的光谱特性及其分析应用

摘  要:在弱酸性介质中,盐酸氯米帕明能和曙红B通过静电作用、疏水作用形成离子缔合物,从而引起曙红B溶液的吸光度、荧光强度下降,共振光散射显著增强;其变化值均与盐酸氯米帕明在一定浓度范围呈良好的线性关系。建立了共振光散射法测定盐酸氯米帕明的新方法,线性范围为0.025-2.5 mg/L,已用于药物中盐酸氯米帕明的测定,回收率在100.2%-104.4%。In a weak acid medium, clomipramine hydrochloride can react with eosin B to form an ion-association complex by virtue of electrostatic and hydrophobic interaction. As a result, the absorbance and the intensity of fluorescence decreased, at the same time, the resonance light scattering enhanced significantly, which were linear with the concentration of clomipramine hydrochloride, respectively. A novel method for the determination of clomipramine hydrochloride was developed, with a linear range of 0. 025 - 2.5 mg/L. The method was successfully applied to the determination of clomipramine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical. The recoveries were in the range of 100.2% - 104.4%.
