摘  要:垃圾渗滤液是很难处理的高浓度有毒有害的有机废水.为了强化垃圾渗滤液的混凝预处理,试验研究了3种混凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)对广州兴丰垃圾卫生填埋场渗滤液的絮凝预处理.通过l9(43)正交试验,实验确定了最佳混凝剂用量以及最佳反应条件.结果表明,在PAC投量为1.9 g/L(以氧化铝量计算)、PFS为1.2 g/L(以铁量计算)、PAM为0.16 g/L,pH值为8时,以转速300 r/min快速搅拌50 s,而后再以转速60 r/min慢速搅拌10 min,沉降30 min,垃圾渗滤液化学需氧量(CODCr)的去除率可以达到68.2%.Landfill leachate has some poisonous and harmful organic matter which is difficult to treat. To strengthen the coagulation-flocculation pretreatment of landfill leachate, this experiment has studied the coagulation pretreatment on the infiltration fluid extracted from Xingfeng landfill in Guangzhou City by means of the polymerization aluminum chloride ( PAC), the polymerization iron sulfate (PFS) and the polyacrylamide (PAM) . Through the orthogonal experiment, we obtain the optimum amount of the above mixture as well as the optimum reaction condition. The result indicated that when the quantity of PAC is 1.9 g/L( measured by the quantity of aluminum oxide),PFS 1.2 g/L( by iron),PAM 0. 16 g/L and the pH 8, the rate of removing the CODc, from the landfill leaehate achieves 68. 2%.
