摘 要:在固定床反应器上,详细考察了反应时间对Fe-Mn催化剂F-T合成产物分布的影响.分别研究了反应200和1 000 h后催化剂的F-T合成动力学,采用非线性遗传算法对实验数据进行回归,获取了不同反应期间的动力学参数.结果发现,反应200和1 000 h的链增长活化能分别为60.6和75.5 kJ.mol-1,表明随反应时间的增加,催化剂的链增长的能垒增大,这可以合理解释Fe催化剂随反应时间增加F-T合成产物向低分子烃变化的趋势.The effect of reaction time on the product distribution of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis over a Fe-Mn catalyst has been investigated in a fixed bed reactor. The kinetic experiments were carried out after 200 and 1 000 h time on stream, respectively. The kinetic parameters were obtained by regression the dada using non-linear genetic algorithm method. The results show that the activation energies of ehain growth are 60. 6 and 75.5 kJ · mol^-1 after 200 and 1 000 h time on stream, respectively. The energy barrier of chain growth increases with the increasing of time on stream, and this can well explain the tendency of Fischer-Tropsch product to low molecular hydrocarbon with the increment of time on stream over Fe-based catalysts.
