摘  要:目的通过对医院医务工作者及临床各科室的工作业绩进行科学、客观、完整、公正、可量化的综合评价,使其在工作实践中不断地确定和实现自己阶段性的工作目标,促进医疗质量的提高和卫生体制改革的向前发展。方法利用HIS网中的基础数据,运用科学有效的统计学方法并广泛征询临床专家的意见,确定各个指标的权重、建立综合评价的指标体系。采用pow—erbuilder编程、windows运行环境、sysbase数据库。结论可以对医务工作者及临床各科室进行客观、公正的综合评价.具有广泛的应用前景。Objective Through scientific, objective, complete, just and measurable comprehensive evaluation to the medical workers in hospitals and working achievements of clinical departments, to make them confirm and realize periodic working goal steadily in working practice and promote medical quality improvement and health system reform development. Methods To confirm the importance of each target and establish the target system of comprehensive evaluation by utilizing the basic data in HIS, the scientific and effective statistic method and asking for advice of clinical specialists widely. Using power- builder programme and sysbase in windows. Conclusion We can give the medical workers and clinical departments an objective and just comprehensive evaluation. It has a broad applying future.
