摘 要:利用啤酒和味精废水。经稀释添加某些成分后,成功研制出微生物发酵培养基。比较研究了真菌、细菌和链霉菌(生物农药生产菌)利用食品工业废水发酵培养基的可能性。结果表明,井冈霉素菌和阿维菌素菌不能利用废水培养基,分离、保存的特异灰色链霉菌西藏变种TAS-1和代号为H×-0501乳黄色细菌能利用废水发酵培养基。经生物测试,其发酵代谢产物对多种病原真菌具有很高的拮抗作用。该研究为利用食品工业废水生产生物农药,微生物处理废水及废物再生利用找到了1条新的途经。By appending some ingredients into diluted brewing and monosodium glutamate (MSG) process wastewater, microbe fermentation media were successfully developed. A comparison study on the possibilities to apply the media by fungi, bacterium and antibiotic producing Streptomyces was conducted. The results showed that the Streptomyces hygroscopicus var. Jinggangensis Yen and Streptomyces avermitilis could not use the wastewater as fermentation media. However, the novel organisms TAS-1 (Streptomyces griseus var. xicangensis) and HX-0501 (bacterium), which were isolated from Tibetan soil sample and wastewater, respectively, could well apply the wastewater as media. According to bioassay, the ferment metabolites of TAS-1 and HX-0501 showed high antibiotic to multiple pathogenic fungi. This study has given an alternative way of biofungicide production and reusing the wastes by applying microbes to treating the foodstuff industrial wastewater.
