摘　　要：面对施工期间越来越严峻的环境问题，我国在生态环境影响较大的重点建设项目中进行了工程环境监理的试点工作。文章分析了我国目前将环境监理作为工程监理分支开展的弊病，提出了建立专门化环境监理制度，将其纳入环境管理体系的构想。Facing more and more serious environmental problems occurring in the period of construction, an environmental supervision practice has been carried out in the implementation of some projects that may cause significant ecological impacts. Disadvantages of such an environmental supervision developed as a branch of the construction supervision were pointed out meanwhile a proposal of specified environmental supervision system being set forth to bring it into the line with the environmental management systems.
